Prepaid: Cheque [Check] (Manager's Check; International Money Order); Money Gram; Western Union; Bank Wire Transfer; Credit Card (Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard); Debt Card.
75 % (percent) of total invoice amount MUST be paid BEFORE order of Merchandise/Products is processed.
The balance 25% (percent) MUST be paid BEFORE shipment/delivery of products - NO Payment, NO Products!
Allow 2 (two) - 8 (eight) weeks from order processing to delivery of products; length of time depends on location/distance from warehouse and quantity requested/required.
Prices - Prices are subject to change without notification; we make every effort to inform customers/clients about price changes.
Returned Checks & Insufficient Funds - Cheques or any form of payment returned because of insufficient funds are subject to a charge of US$25,00; repeat offenders may warrant status change to cash or 100% payment up-front/before order is processed.
Returns - Merchandise/Products may be returned only in original unopened package within 30 (thirty) days of date of receiving products.
All Returns AFTER 30 days are subject to a 25% (percent) restocking Fee.
NO returns After 6 (SIX) months.
Products/Items for return are to be turned in at the Retailer(s) or Distributor(s) from where they were purchased accompanied by original receipt.
NO Cash Refund; customers/clients will be given the opportunity to choose another product from the Salutogena Product line.
Note: Individual Retailer(s), Wholesalers/Distributors may have their own or additional policies regarding the return of products that they sell and/or distribute; It is YOUR Responsibility to be aware of these policies and to follow them accordingly!
Pure Health (Caribbean) will ship products from its USA-based warehouse and or USA-based manufacturers ONLY after payment has been completely fulfilled.
Product(s) Damaged During Shipping - Damaged product(s) (concealed or otherwise) is the responsibility of the carriers. If you receive a damaged parcel upon delivery, have the driver note'damaged' on the delivery sheet. Inform the local representative of the shipping company immediately, within 24 hours, so an inspection can be made. Then call or Email us with your name and invoice number. Should you discover damaged products after opening the parcel, follow the same procedure (hold onto shipping container & damaged product(s)). Shipping company, Pure Health (Salutogena) nor our manufacturers cannot be held liable unless this procedure is followed. We will assist your efforts and apply credits apprppriately.
